Sadak 2 is one of the weakest work of Mahesh Bhatt. The story has nothing new to offer and the performances of Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt are not up to the mark for which they are known. While watching Sadak 2 we feel that we are watching 80’s or 90’s movies which have become outdated. The story is about a young girl whose life has been ruined by a godman and she embarks on a journey to take revenge from the Godman. She meets Sanjay Dutt’s character who is reprising his role from the last movie. He reluctantly agrees to take her to Kedarnath. Mahesh Bhatt is known to have his prejudiced hatred towards Hindu Religion and in this movie too, he has forwarded his agenda. The movie shows the Hindu religion in a bad light where all saints and godman are always wrong. Moreover, music is known to be the USP of Bhatt movies but here none of the songs are worth remembering once the movie ends. So this movie has nothing new to offer.
