28. Jack Russell Terriers
Jack Russell Terriers are excellent pets. Other than intelligent and playful, they were initially bred to hunt down foxes in the early 1800s. When they are the primary house pet, the Jack Russell Terrier can be domesticated without complications, but if they join a pack, they can go wild and bite people.
